You can book a repair visit for today. A priority visit (+£50) aims for 2 hours and arrives within 4, or the fee is refunded.
What will my repair cost?
£90 covers the visit, diagnosis and up to the first hour. Extra time is £90 an hour. Parts are priced and agreed before fitting.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no separate call-out charge.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is done by Gas Safe registered engineers. Our registration number is 985690.
Which boilers do you repair?
All main makes of gas boiler, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Viessmann, Potterton, Alpha, Intergas and Ariston.
Do you carry parts?
We carry common parts. If your boiler needs a specific part, we tell you the price, order it with your agreement and return to fit it.
Is there a guarantee on repairs?
We stand behind our work. If there is a problem with a repair we carried out, contact us and we will put it right.
Can you repair a boiler under manufacturer warranty?
If your boiler is under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer first, as repairs by others may affect the warranty. If it is out of warranty, we can help.
Do you do boiler servicing?
Yes. A boiler service is £90. You can book it here, or read more about boiler servicing.
I am a landlord. Can you do gas safety certificates?
Yes. A CP12 is £90, or £160 with a boiler service.
How do I pay?
Pay for the visit online by card when you book, through Stripe. Any extra time or parts are invoiced afterwards.
